    Product Description

    New for 2022 Remington Factory 12ga 870 BirchHardwood Stock Set. These are beautiful with New Style checkering and fit for a Wingmaster or any 12ga 870. Factory installed rear Quick Detach Stud  You get Compete set. Stock, Forend, Stock Bearing Plate, Recoil pad with screws. Color is dark brown.  These came of New Home Defense Hardwood model 12ga 870's which I bought 38 of to part out due to Remington not selling parts and people needing them.

    Your standard 10.5" stock bolt will work with all Remington stock so you don't need one.   

    When installing a stock with a new stock bolt always hand screw the stock bolt into the receiver stud to check that the threads on the receiver stud and bolt are good.  Also snug when installing the stock,

    snug the bolt down and do not over-tighten. However once the bolt is about to become tight, check the fit at the point where the stock meets the reciever to ensure it is lined up.  You may want to hold the stock at that point as you snug down the stock bolt to ensure the stock does not move.  Also, use a stock bearing plate at for wood stocks but not synthetic stock.  The wood stocks I sell come with that plate.

    Remember the washer has ears and those ears go towards the stock for wood stocks as they bite in and towards to recoil pad for synthetic stocks to negate them.   Also, lubricate your screw driver shaft so the pad will not bind it.

      These are exactly as described brand spanking new in perfect unused condition. I bought 2 of them to put back for possible future replacements for heavily used and carried duty shotguns. Years from now I don't want to wear out the originals and not be able to replace or repair them. I couldn't be happier for the price and the condition. Also the customer service was excellent and they shipped fast.
