Midwest Industries Ambidextrous Push Button Plate Adaptor for the Mossberg 12ga 500/590 Shotguns. Will fit other models if 500-590 rear stock fits that model then this plate will fit. Simple install as you remove your stock, place the End Plate Adaptor at the rear of your receiver and simply reinstall your stock. This works best with the strap attachment as you simply attach the Push Button QD Swivel to your sling and leave it there. You snap in to the weapon when you are ready.

Ambidextrous QD sling mount
Gave it five stars after looking at it, but unfortunately I can't edit the initial review. So after firing the gun, here's the scoop. The quality is there, but be advised; the mount will leave a small opening in the bottom of the stock. And the mount will slightly dig into the hand upon firing. It's not really painful, so much as an annoyance. Since it protrudes on both sides, it doesn't matter if you're left, or right handed. If this is a problem for you. Better to get one that only protrudes on one side.

Fit, finish, and the quality were excellent. It fits the QD sling perfectly. No twist design. Ambidextrous also.
