It has the barrel ring detent plunger so works with either the Wingmaster or Express models and works with tube extensions to give you a 6+1 Capacity. If not adding an extension there is no problem as the detent simply pushes out of the way. Fits Light Weight 20ga 870 Shotgun. This is the barrel that comes on the 20ga 870 HD models so if you are adding a tube extension to your 870 20 ga you need this barrel.
You have a 20ga lightweight if your serial number starts with the letters CC or RS or it is an older one and ends in the letter U or is a New Production 20 ga from the New owners.
