If you are in a state that has a 10rd magazine limit I will ship you this gun with a 10rd magazine instead of the 16rd. Note: Many of my competators will not ship you any magazines if you bought this from them and live in a 10rd state and some would not even give you credit for the magazine they kept. I will never do that to a buyer.
