If you know what this is then you know more then me. I have never used one but can tell how they work from the Picture. Several were in the stock that I received when I bought Rocky Mountain Tactical and I had to figure out how they worked. Each 1.25" strap has a Derlin Side Release Buckle so they attach easily. They are made from heavy Nylon Webbing and sewn with 92lb Bonded Nylon Thread. They come in black, OD Green and Coyote.
Sale price is to clear these out and is my cost of materials and labor.
