Product Description
Remington OEM Stock bolt. 10.5" fit all Standard Remington stocks.
You get the stock bolt and both factory washers. The Large washer is has two small ears sticking up. When using for a wood stock those ears go towards the stock as they will bite in. When using for a synthetic stock those ears go away from the stock towards the recoil pad. When installing a stock with a new stock bolt always hand screw the stock bolt into the receiver stud to check that the threads on the receiver stud and bolt are good. Also, when installing the stock snug the bolt down and do not over-tighten as the large washer and included lock washer with secure the stock. However once the bolt is about to become tight, check the fit at the point where the stock meets the reciever to ensure it is lined up. You may want to hold the stock at that point as you snug down the stock bolt to ensure the stock does not move. Also, use a stock bearing plate at for wood stocks but not synthetic stock. The wood stocks I sell come with that plate.
I have restricted this to two per customer because I am not going to risk some scumb bag buying all of them and putting them on ebay for $40.
All 14" and 13" LOP Remington stocks use the 10.5" Bolt as does the Youth Stock. The Jr 12" LOP stock takes the 8.5" inch bolt which has been out of stock for four years and no idea when Remington will sell any parts.

870 Stock Bolt and Washers
It was great to find this complete set that allowed me to put a new buttstock on a vintage 870 in pristine condition (except for the buttstock having been cut to a short 13.5” LOP. Two days after receiving the bolt, I went clay shooting and had a great time. The new buttstock was held securely in place. The package even included installation instructions. Excellent product and service.
