Product Description
The LE K-9 Tracking Leash is made from 1" Heavy Nylon Webbing with a break strength of 3,300 pounds. There are looped handles on each end with an HK Snap hook attached. The over all length is 12 feet. You adjust to 7' simply by taking the Snap Hook on the user end and attach it to the D ring as in Picture #3. You can secure the Leash to a tree or just about anything simply by wrapping the user end around it (providing it fits) and attaching the Snap Hook to the D ring which is approximately two feet from the handle as in Picture #4 where you see it secured to a 4X6 fence post.
You can also adjust it to 5' simply by first adjusting it to 7' then taking one side of the user end and looping it through the nearest D Ring. I see little to no application for this but it can be done.
In the event you have to secure a second K-9 simply use the Snap Hook from the user end and attach it to the second K-9's harness or collar then hang for the ride. If you have ever tried hanging on to two you probably won't try this.
