Product Description
Bad news. Remington increased the price of these and to add insult to injury they no longer come with the recoil pad. Yep, Remington is selling stocks with no recoil pads now. So I have to buy the pads for these and so will you be looking in this same category for the pad. This stock on the Remington web site this Stock will cost you, Stock alone $101.65 and $4.25 for the QD stud. So your total would be $ 105.85. I include and install a QD stud to the rear of the ones I sell so with my price you are saving a little
In this same category you will fine the recoil pads with screws and that listing will tell you which pad fits the LE pad for that LOP. There are two sizes so read the Description on the recoil so you know you are getting the right one. The Supercell and the R3 are best with these stocks. Also the 10.5" stock bolt if you need that.
NOTE: If you are putting a synthetic stock on a gun that had a wood stock make sure when you take the wood stock off that you remove the stock bearing plate from between the stock and the receiver as they are not used with synthetic stock. It is a metal plate that you will see at the end of the receiver. Lightly bang the end of the receiver on the work bench and it will fall off or lightly pry it off.
Note: When you see the picture of these on the Remington it shows the recoil pad just like this picture but the print in the description states recoil pad not included. The 13" Even show a QD stud but that is not included either. Remington simply has not updated the pictures in over a year since they stoped sending recoil, pads, studs, stock bolts with their parts stocks.
